A private, not-for-profit elementary and middle school, Hovnanian School provides a safe, student-first, multi-cultural environment specializing in small classroom instruction.   We take pride in preparing our students for the future, while preserving their cultural identity.

“Our children have pulled us together, in our school community, which is unique and would never have existed without them. The fruits of our task are vividly portrayed in them. They are our pride and hope. They are our community’s future leaders, who will preserve and revitalize our cherished culture and heritage in this great country of the United States.” VSH, 1998

Hovnanian School has provided children in the community with the invaluable opportunity to acquire fluency in the Armenian and English languages.  Alongside top-notch instruction in the Armenian language, we provide a deep connection to the Armenian culture and history through a myriad of education programs and events.  As students progress into middle school, the breadth and depth of the language instruction and educational programming increases, thus allowing each child to develop a strong sense of identity, cultural understanding, and self-confidence.
