The Armenian Relief Society Merit Scholarships
The Armenian Relief Society (Bergen County) awarded several area students of Armenian descent with merit scholarships earlier this Spring. Evaluation committees reviewed the applicants’ merit (25%), financial need (50%), and Armenian community involvement (25%) to determine whether to recommend a scholarship award. Undergraduate students who plan to attend or are attending an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S. are eligible to apply for the undergraduate scholarship.
Three former Hovnanian School students from the Class of 2014 received the scholarships. They are: Shant Keshishian, Gregory Nargizian, and Lara Tecimler. We are proud of you and wish you continued success in your pursuit of higher education. Congratulations on your excellent academic achievements.
